of operation of the optics and electronics of the Waters 996 PDA Detector.
4.1 996 Detector Optics
The 996 detector is an ultraviolet/visible light (UV/Vis) spectrophotometer with:
• 512 diodes
• Optical resolution of 1.2 nm per diode
• Operating wavelength range from 190 nm to 800 nm
