Removal of Impeller Shaft Assembly

NOTE: Removing the impeller shaft from the pedestal is not necessary
unless it is damaged. If impeller shaft removal is necessary, follow the
step outlined below.

1.

Remove the retaining ring from the pedestal.

2.

Press the impeller shaft assembly out of the pedestal in the direction
shown in Figure 13.
