Situation 1: Water Hero is Offline
If Water Hero was previously online and is now currently offline,
conduct the following steps:
1. Check your WiFi signal near the Water Hero with a laptop or smart
phone. If WiFi is down, reset your modem.
2. If WiFi is weak, consider purchasing and installing a range extender.
3. If WiFi is strong and your Water Hero is Offline, press Reboot button
once and let it reconnect to your WiFi. Reboot could take 30-60 seconds.
(Reboot button is furthest from the LEDS).
Note: Due to the device having a back-up battery, replugging the device
will not reboot the device.
Situation 2: You Must Pair Water Hero to a New WiFi Network or E-mail
Account*
If Water Hero was previously connected to an e-mail account or WiFi
network and you wish to connect to a new e-mail account or WiFi network,
perform a Network Reset as shown on the next page.
* If you’d like to switch the email associated with your device, be sure to
“Create an Account” as shown on page 8 of this manual prior to conducting
a Network Reset
