18. Install carriage bolts (B8) into brackets with push nuts
(B9) as shown.
CAUTION
Always use assistance when moving or lifting heavy parts.
19. With assistance, lift bumper up to stock frame mounting
points and secure into place with two nuts (B4) through
slots in the mounting brackets (each side).
Do not fully
tighten to allow for adjustment.
20. Align bumper to truck body, allowing bumper clearance
from tailgate (
freely opens and shuts
).
21. Once you have position confirmed, tighten ALL hardware
to torque specifications on page 3.
22. Plug in all necessary wiring harness connections (
license
plate light, sensors, etc.)
and secure up and out of the way
with included zip ties.
23. If vehicle is not equipped with sensors, use provided
plugs (B6) in sensor holes.
Installation is now complete.

M A I N T E N A N C E / C A R E
1. Inspect all parts on the winch, winch mount, and related hardware prior to each use. Replace all hardware that appears rusted
or deformed.
2. Inspect all nuts and bolts on the winch, winch mount,, and related hardware prior to each use. Tighten all nuts that appear to be
loose. Stripped, fractured, or bent bolts or nuts need to be replaced.
3. Check all cables prior to use. Replace cables that look worn or frayed.
4. Check all moving or rotating parts. Remove debris that may inhibit the part from moving freely.
