1. Introduction
The NewS t ar t hermos t a t can swi t ch on your
hea t ing sys t em a t pre-de t ermined t imes on
di ff eren t days o f t he week . I t is possible t o se t 4
periods called even t s each day wi t h di ff eren t
t empera t ures . The t hermos t a t comes wi t h a
de f aul t schedule t ha t is sui t able f or mos t
ins t alla t ions . Unless you change t hese se tt ings ,
t he t hermos t a t will opera t e t o t his de f aul t
program .
Working wi t h lower t empera t ures during t imes
t ha t t he room is unoccupied will lower your
energy cos t s wi t hou t reducing t he com f or t . The
t hermos t a t has an adap t ive f unc t ion t ha t
au t oma t ically changes t he s t ar t t ime o f a
hea t ing period so t ha t t he desired t empera t ure
is reached a t t he t ime t ha t you se t . A f t er 3 days
t he adap t ive f unc t ion has learned when t he
hea t ing mus t be swi t ched on .
2. Getting started
Quick se t -up:
The f irs t t ime you connec t t he power or a f t er a
rese t , t he display will show you “ Welcome t o
Warmup ” .
Push accep t bu tt on . Then you can selec t :
• Language
• Time
• Day
• Tempera t ure
• Child lock
• Hea t er?
• C overing?
• Sub f loor
• Applica t ion
Use t he naviga t ion bu tt ons f or selec t ing /
changing in t he menus .
Important:
You have , as minimum , t o selec t “ Hea t er ” and
“ covering ” t o de f ine t he t ype o f hea t er and
covering , be f ore you can s t ar t up t he
t hermos t a t .

3. General Display
The display will normally
show t he period ( day , nigh t ,
home , ou t ) , t he curren t
t empera t ure , and t he t ime .
The period is indica t ed by a symbol . Below you
can see a lis t o f some o f t he symbols:
