6.1. CLEANING OF AIR FILTER (beweekly)
Dust collects in the filter and restricts airflow. The restricted airflow reduces the efficiency
of the system. A filled filter may block airflow and cause damage of the system.
The air filter requires regular cleaning. It is removable for easy cleaning. Never operate the
unit without air filter, because evaporator may be contaminated.
1. Press POWER button to switch off the unit and unplug the main lead.
2. Remove the filter mesh from the unit.
3. Use a vacuum cleaner to suck dust from the filter.
4. Turn the filter over and rinse the air filter under floating water. Allow water to
penetrate the filter in the opposite direction of air flow. Allow filter to air dry
completely before reinstalling.
WARNING!!!
Do not touch the evaporator surface with
bar-hand. It might cause injury of your
fingers.
