26) PLEASE NOTE: The small, round mounting pins on Supports (8x 102)
are the top, while the larger square pins are the bottom; carefully remove
these parts from the sprue to avoid damaging either set of pins. Align square
mounting pins with openings in Base (101) and glue where parts meet.
27) Align Rear Wall (111) along both straight and outside angled ridge on
Base, and Front Wall (112) along raised ridge at left as shown. Align tabs on
back of End Wall (110) with openings in both Side Walls and glue walls to
Base and at inside edges where parts meet.
28) Align parts using raised ridge on Base and backs of Scrubber Right Side
(125), Lower End (126), Left Side (127) and Left End Wall (128) and glue to
Base and at inside corners where parts meet. Note the angled corners on the
Stack Base (130) are the front edge: align as shown and glue to lower edge
of Sidewalls (125, 127) and top of Lower End Wall (126). Upper End Wall
(129) has three raised ridges on the back side: the plain edge is the bottom;
align as shown with mounting points in Side Walls so plain edge rests on top
of Stack Base and glue where parts meet. Complete assembly by gluing
Scrubber Roof (131) as shown.
29) PLEASE NOTE: Exhaust Sidewall (114) has one angled and one flat
edge: align #114 as shown along raised ridge on Base, glue flat edge to ridge
on Interior End Wall and to angled ridge on Base. Align inset areas on bottom
of Exhaust Cover Plate (115) with tops edges of walls and glue where parts
meet.
30) PLEASE NOTE: Exhaust Sidewall (114) has one square and one angled edge: align #114 as shown
along raised ridge on Base, glue flat edge to ridge on Interior End Wall and to angled ridge on Base. Align
inset areas on bottom of Exhaust Cover Plate (115) with tops edges of walls and glue where parts meet.
31) Align back edge of Right (116) Supply Fan Sidewall with inset area on back of Left (117) Sidewall and
glue where parts meet. Insert square end through Supports as shown, align small braces along fan housing
with raised Base and glue where parts meet. Glue pin on underside of Motor (121) to opening in top of Motor
Support (122). Align motor shaft with opening in Left Sidewall, and glue to Sidewall and Base.
32) Align raised ridge on underside of Heat Exchange Bed Floor (103) with open top of Airflow Valve Hous-
ing, and small mounting points over top pins of Supports (8x 102) and glue where parts meet.
33) PLEASE NOTE: All four walls (104, 105, 106, 107) of the combined Heat Exchange Bed and Combus-
tion Chamber have a gluing ridge along the bottom: the wall assembly will overlap the edge of the Heat
Exchange Bed Floor. Align Tabs and raised ridges as shown on backs of Rear (104), Left (106) Right (107)
and Front Bed Walls (105) and glue at inside edges where parts meet. Slip the Wall assembly over the
edge of the Floor and glue at inside edges. Insert tabs on left and right of Interior Bed Walls (2x 109)
through openings in Side Walls; align edges along outside of raised ridges on Side Walls, and glue where
parts meet.
34) PLEASE NOTE: One face of the Combustion Chamber Roof has a semi-circular raised flat spot: be
sure this faces towards the Scrubber and Stack Base and glue angled edges of Combustion Chamber to
inset area along tops of Bed Sidewalls, and flat edge of End Walls.
