Mounting lnstructlons
describe the auto
matic stabiliser
only.
Refer to the appropriate
manufacturer's documentation for the description,
operation, servicing, etc. of the tractor.
Failure to comply with the Mounting
lnstructions can lead to accidents,
material damage and/or personal injury,
and may also lnvalidate our llabillty and
guarantee.
Sections of the text marked with the
pictogram shown on the left contain safety
notes which must be observed without fail in
order to avoid accidents.

NOTE
The scope of supply includes
one left-hand
and
one right-hand
stabiliser. The left-hand
C)
stabiliser is illustrated and described in each
case. The information provided below is also
applicable to the right-hand version as
appropriate.
2. Safety regulatlons
Only original components from
Walterscheid GmbH
may be used.
The stabiliser may not be installed in com
bination with other stabilisation systems.
• The stabiliser may only be used in con
junction with the original components of
the tractor.
The attachment points on the axle housing
and the lower link must be in perfect con
dition (not bent, not welded, etc.).
Weiding and/or stralghtening work on
the stablllsers 1s forbldden!
Damaged components must not be
installed.
The pivot point of the stabiliser on the fix
ture on the axle housing side and the pivot
point of the lower link must be aligned;
refer to Fig. C1 (13).
The latch must point upwards when the
stabiliser is installed.
The chain of the stabiliser must hang
vertically and have sufficient clearance
between tyre and lifting gear.
The minimum thread overlap of the adjust
ing thread must be observed.
The stabiliser must be locked in its trans
port position.
The stabiliser
must always be used in
pairs
(left and right-hand side).
