Connecting the power
Please note:
• Use an extension cable if the work area is not close to the mains outlet.
Ensure that the cross section of the extension cable is at least 1.5 mm². If
necessary, ask the dealer for advice when purchasing.
• The extension cable used should be as short as possible.
• Ensure the mains cable does not pose a tripping hazard.
Usage
• Ensure that the saw blade is securely fixed.
• Make sure that all fastening screws and clamping mechanisms are tightened
properly.
• Make sure that the saw blade can swing freely and is not obstructed.
• The area around the saw blade should be free of saw dust and chips.
• Always wear safety glasses and hearing protection and a dust mask or
respirator.
• Carefully check the workpiece for concealed nails or other similar objects
before you start sawing.
• Connect the product only to a socket that is properly earthed.
• The product is designed for use with single-phase AC 230 - -240 V ~ / 50 Hz
and has protective insulation. Check if the existing mains voltage matches
with the specification on the rating plate of the product.
• Ensure that water does not come near the electrical parts of the product, as
well as near anyone who is in the work area.
