Indications for the connection to the pipe
An emptying tap has to be installed in lowest area of the water circulation.
The thermostat for pump’s beginning has to be set when it is in cold state.
The stove’s heat exchanger must not be the highest part/point of the system! If
necessary, move the pipe further up and install a ventilator.
The system’s pressure has to be controlled by a manometer.
The temperature of the heating water has to be checked through a thermometer.
Switching and regulation
a) Use of a regular thermostat, which is installed in the boiler 8a (simplest solution):
If the temperature of 60 – 70°C which is set at the thermostat 8a is achieved, the
circulation pump (water removal pump) starts and works in the area of 5 – 7° C
(switches on/off). If the stove cools down, the temperature of the boiler is lower than, for
instance, 55° C, the pump is switched off.
b) Alternative: Temperature differential regulation for example the new
regulation WAL02 (see chapter: 6.b.1. Electricity connection) with a sensor in the
stove’s boiler and a second sensor at the consumer (store/boiler, pipe): When the set
starting temperature is achieved (at least 50° C) the circulation pump starts working, if
the difference of temperature (set by the regulation) between the stove’s heating water
and the consumer (store/boiler, radiator) exists, e.g. 8° C more at the stove than at the
consumer. If the temperature is quite identical, the regulation switches off the pump.
N.B. When using this sensor, there are no more electrical and electronic functions and
connecting at the stove.
Back flow increase (pump group)
To avoid that the stove cools down due to its heating exchanger and too low water return
temperatures (less than 60°C) and to avoid the development of condensation, which
possibly happens with cold consumers and when the stove is started, we use a
thermostatically controlled 4-way valve set (7). This valve makes the heating water
partly re-circulate until the return temperature achieves more than 60° C. This group
Should be installed in the heating room directly at the storage tank.
