•  The power supply line must be wired to an existing installation and be in accordance 

with local regulations.

•  The charger must be electrically protected by installing externally a Miniature Circuit 

Breaker (MCB) and a Residual Current Circuit Breaker (RCCB).

Electrical Protection

Recommended protections, take also into account the local regulations.

MCB: maximum value according to the maximum output current of the load point. 
RCCB: According to local regulations, Type A or Type B.

Dimensions and Positioning of the Device

In accordance with the product standards, the charging station must be located at height between 1.30 m 
and 1.70 m above ground level. The Plug Holder must be located between 0.50 m and 1.50 m above ground 
level. Remember that local regulations may limit these heights. It is mandatory to consider the following 
precautions:

•  The mounting area required for the Wallbox charging 

station is at least 130x55 cm (height by width).

•  The area below an above the charger must be free of 

any objects. The Wallbox charger needs this area to 
dissipate its generated heat. See picture 0.1

•  When installing the Wallbox, the cable should easily 

reach the vehicle inlet.

•  For a safe operation of your charging station, you must 

observe the minimum distances recommended to 
other technical installations

Ensure the charger is in vertical position, do not use it 
in horizontal position.

outside the scope of the liability of Wallbox.
