Luminaire is not lit. Plug not plugged in.

Plug the plug into a socket or into the
socket provided for this purpose, see
chapter 5 “Connection”, page 24.
Luminaire is defective.

Contact our service team.
Luminaire does not
respond to inputs.
Software function is
defective.
X
Unplug the plug for a few seconds.
X
If the luminaire still doesn't respond,
contact our service team.
The luminaire
flashes at regular
intervals.
The luminaire is in the
programming mode.
X
Wait for 20 seconds until the pro-
gramming mode is quit automatically
and the luminaire is no longer flash-
ing at regular intervals.
The connecting
cable is damaged.
Mechanical impact on
the connecting cable.
X
Disconnect a damaged connecting
cable immediately from the power
supply and have it replaced by the
manufacturer, by a service techni-
cian authorised by the manufacturer
or by a person with comparable qual-
ification.
