Troubleshooting
Problem Possible cause Possible solution
The pump does not work No power supply?
Float switch does not work?

Check socket and plug.

Submerge the pump deeper in the barrel.
Wait until the pump has cooled down.

Pump is running but not pumping

Open and close the shut-off tap.

Pump switches off automatically

Motor protection (temperature switch)

Pull the plug! Then clean the pump and/
