Physical installation

WARNING! The track must be fastened to a flat surface such as a wall or clamped to a truss or
similar structure. Do not apply power to the product if it is not securely fastened!

WARNING! A track shall be secured with minimum one clamp at each track joint and where the
track ends, including each running meter of a solid track!

Fastening the tracks to a surface or truss

The track system is based on the UniBeam system, and the standard product comes in steps of 1m
up to 6m, or the length can be customized on request.

The tracks shall be positioned only vertically and fastened to a flat surface such as a wall or truss.
Check that the entire surface can support at least 10 times the weight of all the equipment to be
installed on it, and that the installation respects all locally applicable regulations.

As a common rule, a track shall always be secured with minimum one clamp at each track joint
and where the track ends, including each running meter of a solid track. However, this may vary
depending  on  the  weight  and  distribution  of  the  load.  Consult  Wahlberg  Motions  Design  for
further guidance and customized solutions like floor stands or multiple units on the same track.
