Attention: Position of needle must be congruent with the nozzle aperture.

Put the air cap (Fig. 16, 3) onto the nozzle (4) and tighten it using the union nut (2). 6)
Position the adjustment ring (fig. 17, 1) on the union nut so that the recesses on the 7)
adjustment ring can snap into both horns on the air cap.
Place the container seal from below on the suction tube and slide it over the collar, 8)
while turning the container seal slightly.
Insert the suction tube with container seal in the gun body. 9)
16. Maintenance
WARNING!
Never operate the machine without the air filter; dirt could be sucked
in and interfere with the function of the machine.
Disconnect plug before changing parts.
Change the air filter if it is soiled. Use a screwdriver to lever the cover fastening from
•
the unit (Fig. 18, arrow).
Insert a new air filter into the compartment (Fig. 18, 1).

Replace the cover on the unit until it latches.
•
In order to mount the gun more easily apply lubricating grease (enclosed) liberally
to the O-ring at the gun front part (Fig. 19, 7).
