Switch the system off.
•
Remove the electrical cable

from the spray gun

Disconnect the hose for powder feed

and Tribo air

from the spray gun

•
Unscrew the kinking protection

from the gun.
•
Undo the socket head cap screws

and open the upper part of the cross attaching piece

.
•
Pull the spray gun out of the cross attaching piece.
•
Replace the spray gun with a new gun and fit this is in the reverse order of removal.
