RV-24, RV-27 Intended use

5 Intended use
The RV-24 monochrome camera and the RV-27 colour camera are primarily
intended for use in vehicles. They can be used in rear view video systems to
observe the space behind the vehicle from the driver’s seat when reversing
or parking, for example.
Since rear view systems are designed merely as an additional aid for
reversing, it does
not relieve you of the duty to take proper care
when reversing .
6 Technical description
6.1 Functional description
The camera with integrated microphone, which is encased in aluminium
housing, transmits image and sound to a monitor via a cable.
