Manual reports
You can transfer a monthly or annual report onto a USB stick manually
anytime.
1. Insert the USB stick in the USB port (

).
2. In the basic menu, use the cursor keys
or
to select
“Other
selections”

to confirm.
4. Use the cursor key to select
“Service”
and press
ENTER
to con-
firm:
5. Enter the password and press
ENTER
to confirm.

Monthly report

“4918”:
Annual report
If a USB stick has not been inserted or is not recognised, the
“Error 52”
message appears.
6. Use the cursor keys
or
to select the required entry and press
ENTER
to confirm.
7. The instructions appear on the display.
8. Switch back to the previous selection using
STOP
.
