Assemble Burner Head
See figure 5.
Install new nozzle DN-3776 included in maintenance kit. Tighten with 20±2 Nm.
Put the sensor tube (2, Fig.5) then the disk back in place. Make sure the tube is clean!
Fit the disc (3, Fig.5) onto the nozzle and align it so that the ignition electrode may be inserted into
the unit.
Plug in the ignition electrodes (4, Fig.5). Be careful not to bend the electrodes.
ATTENTION:
Careful with the sensor! Contamination can lead to malfunction!
NOTE:
Do not touch the new nozzle’s orifice! Small particles could cause congestion.

Reattach Burner Head
See figure 4.
Tighten the two nuts (2, Fig.4) with 8±0.5 Nm.

Connect Internal Electric Connectors
See figure 3.
There is only one way they will fit.

Attach Fuel Lines
See figure 2.
Use new bolts DN-1914 and sealing rings DN-3463 included in maintenance kit.
Tighten with 16±1 Nm.
