Remove hold thermostat.

Apply a small amount of thermal transfer
compound to the mating surface (disk side) of the
replacement thermostat.

Spread the compound completely and
evenly over the surface of the thermostat.
5.
Reverse procedure to install and check steamer
for proper operation.
HIGH LIMIT THERMOSTAT
Disconnect the
electrical power to the machine and
follow lockout / tagout procedures.
Do not sharply bend and kink, or clamp
down on the capillary tube or damage may occur.

Remove right SIDE PANEL.
2.
Disconnect lead wires from high limit.

Remove thermostat from mounting bracket.
4.
Remove screw and heat shield to access
capillary bulb.

Loosen screws securing capillary bulb.

Remove high limit thermostat.
7.
Reverse procedure to install and check steamer
for proper operation.

heating element assembly.
NOTE:
Do not clamp bulb with excessive force.
