Announcement
This is the message your callers hearing on the answering machine. There are two pre-recorded outgoing messages, or you can record your
own.
10.2.1 Record your own announcement
1. Press

to select ANS. SYSTEM.
2. Press

to select ANS SYS SETUP
3. Press
SELECT

to select ANNOUNCEMENT.
4. Press
SELECT

to select RECORD

to select ANSWER & RECORD or ANSWER ONLY.
6. Press

, then the system will prompt you to start record your announcement after a beep.
7. Press
SAVE
to save and the recorded announcement will automatically play.

STOP
to stop the playback. Or press
DELETE
to delete your recorded announcement.

You can play the announcement in the handset or base.
