Basic operation
• Press the Home softkey to return to the main screen of info mode .
Peer-to-Peer calling
This feature allows you to make a peer-to-peer(P2P)call. While the user is on-line,
you can use the cordless phone to make or receive peer-to-peer call.
While you are on a standard telephone call and there are an incoming peer-to-peer
call, there will be a beep sound to remind you there is an incoming call. Press the
Swap softkey to answer the call.
Make a peer-to-peer call
Press the up or down NavKey or to choose people icon, and press
the center NavKey SEL to select. A list of active (on-line) users will be
displayed.
• Press the up or down NavKey or to choose the username you want to
communicate and press the center NavKey SEL to select. An instant message
box will be displayed.
• Press the up or down NavKey or to choose Call on the screen and press the center
NavKey
SEL
to select and make the peer-to-peer call.
A call connection screen will be displayed on the lower part of the screen. The username
and the elapsed time as you talk (in hours, minutes and seconds) will be displayed on
the screen as well.
• Press the Close softkey to exit the instant message screen.
• Press the Home softkey to return to the main screen of info mode.
Receive a peer-to-peer call
Press the up or down NavKey or to choose people icon, and press
the center NavKey SEL to select. A list of active (on-line) users will be
displayed.
