Basic operation
• Press the up, down, left and right NavKey or , , and to choose
Handset Registration and press the Select softkey or the center NavKey
SEL to Select.
• Press the up or down NavKey or to choose Handset Settings and
press the Select softkey or the center NavKey SEL to select.
• Press the Select softkey or the center NavKey SEL to select Register
to base . A list of rooms for telephone base will be displayed.
• Press the up or down NavKey or to choose an empty room from the list
and press the Register softkey or the center NavKey SEL VQEQPſTO#V
the same time, press FIND HANDSET over 10 seconds to enter subscription
mode on the telephone base which make the telephone base to be ready
for registration. The indicatior of
VMWI and LINE IN USE on the front of the
telephone base will be on alternatively to indicate the telephone base is in
the subscription mode.
• The handset will search for the telephone base within its range and the
screen of handset will display
Searching .
• If the searching is successful, the code of the selected telephone base will
be displayed.
• To register to the selected telephone base, press the Register softkey. Enter
PIN dialog will be displayed.
• Use the dial pad to enter the PIN in the Enter PIN box on the lower part of
the screen and the PIN you enter will be presented as in the box. Press
the left NavKey
to backspace and the text will be deleted as the cursor
move backward. The default PIN is 0000.
• Press the DONE softkey to register to the telephone base and the screen
will display Searching . Handset registered will be displayed on the screen
when the registration is successful.
