Troubleshooting
My computer does not connect to the wireless speakerphone.

• Your DECT dongle is preregistered to the wireless speaker. If the dongle does

not connect to the speaker, follow the deregistration and registration

instructions. See “Deregistering the dongle” and “Registering the dongle” on

page 10.
• Follow the steps below for the common cure for electronic equipment, then try

again to register a speakerphone.

Common cure for electronic equipment.

• If the unit is not responding normally, try the following :

- Unplug and then plug the dongle to the computer.
- Wait for the wireless speakerphone to synchronize with the DECT dongle.

Allow up to one minute for this to take place.
