Remote access
A two-digit security code is required to
access the answering system remotely
from any touch-tone telephone. The
preset code is
19
. You can use this
preset code, or set your own.
Dial your telephone number from any
touch-tone telephone.
When the system plays your
announcement, enter the two-digit
security code.
Enter one of the following remote
commands.

Play all messages.

Play new messages.

Delete the current
message (during
playback).

Delete all old messages.

Repeat the current
message (during
playback).

Stop.

Hear a list of remote

Skip to the next message
(during playback).

Turn the answering

NOTES
If you do not press any keys after you
enter the remote access code, all new
messages play. If there are no new
messages, all old messages play.
Once the new messages have played,
the telephone announces the help menu
options. If you do not press any key
within 20 seconds, the remote access call
automatically disconnects.
When the answering system memory is
full, the telephone announces,
“Memory is full. Enter the remote access
code.”

Call screening
To screen a call at the telephone
base:
If the answering system and call
screening are turned on, the
announcement and the incoming
message broadcast at the telephone
base while the call is answered by the
answering system.
