ITAD OPERATION
Call Screening
Call screening allows you to listen to
incoming messages through the base
unit as they are being recorded.
When the ITAD answers a call, the
speaker will monitor the voice on the
line. If you want to answer the call at
once, just pick-up the handset, or an
e x t e n s i o n , a n d t h e I TA D w i l l
automatically stop recording.
T h e C a l l S c r e e n i n g v o l u m e i s
controlled by the and keys. Call
Screening can be enabled or disabled
by pressing the SCREEN key at any
time, even when the ITAD is answering
a call.
Note: Default setting for Call Screening
is ON.
Audible Current Day and Time
You can check the current day and time
by pressing SET/CLOCK. After the
announcement the ITAD will generate
a double beep.
Changing Speaker Volume
Press the and keys to reach the
desired volume level. There are 4
digital volume levels.
In idle mode, pressing the volume keys
will generate a beep. Four rapid
warning beeps will indicate the MAX.
or MIN. volume level has been
achieved.
Changing Playback Speed
During playback, you can change the
playback speed by simply holding
