Speak in the direction of the base
to record a memo of up to 60
seconds in length.

Press the key to stop
recording.
5.
If time expires or more than 7s
silence or memory is full, the ITAD
will stop recording automatically.

If memory is full, you will hear four
beeps and “Memory full” will be
announced when you press
RECORD/MEMO.
Listening to Messages / Memos
When new messages and/or new
m e m o s a r e i n t h e I TA D , t h e
corresponding Mailbox LED’s will flash.
• Press MAILBOX to select the desired
Mailbox.
• Press within 4 seconds to playback
all the messages. Note that the ITAD
will return to the Public Mailbox if is
not pressed within 4 seconds. If you
want to play the new messages only,
press and hold for 1 second.
• The ITAD will announce the total
n u m b e r o f m e s s a g e s / n e w
messages present in the selected
mailbox, depending on how long the
key is pressed.
• The and keys can be used
to skip forward and backward during
message playback.

• Press at any time during
m e s s a g e p l a y b a c k t o p a u s e .
Pressing will playback the paused
message from the beginning. To stop
message playback, and return to
normal operation mode,press
again. Note that if the ITAD is left in
pause mode for more than 60
seconds, it will automatically go back
to normal operation mode, and
announce, “End of messages.”
• T h e d a y a n d t i m e s t a m p i s
announced after each message is
played.
• After all messages and memos have
been played, the final voice prompt
will be, “End of messages”, and the
ITAD will exit playback mode.
• Pressing twice can also exit
the playback status.
Saving Messages
• The ITAD will automatically save your
messages if you do not delete them.
The messages will be retained even
after power failure.
• The system can record up to 12
minutes of messages.
Deleting Messages
• Press ERASE key at any time during
message playback or during the
corresponding day and time stamp
to delete the current message.
