TROUBLESHOOTING

PROBLEM

SOLUTION

•

Ensure the Hand Blender is plugged in and

turned on at the mains.

•

The Blender may have overheated due to

excessive use. Allow the Blender to cool for

several minutes before restarting.

•

Always immerse the WHISK/BLENDER STICK
into the mixture BEFORE switching on.

•

Use a larger/deeper bowl, even when mixing
small mixtures.

•

Begin operating using a steady (low) speed
and gradually increase as you blend using the
VARIABLE SPEED DIAL.

•

Ensure you do not exceed the BEAKER’S
maximum capacity of 600ml.

•

The thermal cut-out switch has activated due
to continuous usage. Unplug and allow the
appliance to completely cool for 30 minutes
before using again.

THE BLENDER DOES NOT

TURN ON.

MIXTURE NOT BLENDING.

SPLASHES OCCURS WHEN

BLENDING.

BLENDER CUTS OUT

DURING OPERATION.

•

The ingredients added may be too large. Cut
into smaller pieces and try again.

•

Increase the speed setting using the
VARIABLE SPEED DIAL.

•

Stop the Blender, unplug and clean around
the blades.
