Carefully pry off the left-hand side of the rubber grommet so that
the catches release.
Unhook the rubber grommet from the boot lid.
Carry out the same with the end that is in the body.

Insert the cable through the hole in the boot lid and out through
the hole in which the rubber grommet was located.
Note!
Reinforcements are located on the inside upper edge of the
boot lid which can become blocked. Therefore, first insert the
cable slightly to the left before inserting downwards.
