Flywheel, Change

Remove the engine rpm sensor (

) and filter

housing bracket (

Remove the flywheel cover (

) and flexible cou-

pling.

Unbolt the flywheel (

) and remove it.

Clean and check the crankshaft seal.

Carefully clean the crankshaft and flywheel.
Install the new flywheel and tighten it to the speci-
fied torque; refer to

Tightening torques page 9

Install the flexible coupling, flywheel housing, fil-
ter housing bracket and engine rpm sensor.
