high heat output).
2.
Turn the thermostat knob in a clockwise direction to the max position.
3.
Once the room temperature has reached the desired temperature, turn the thermostat knob slowly in
anti-clockwise direction until you hear a "click" sound; this is the setting temperature.
4.
The appliance will automatically maintain the setting temperature. It will switch on when the room
temperature is below the setting, and switch off if it is above the setting.
Note: This appliance has a swivel function switch. You can press it for oscillation.
SAFETY SYSTEM
The appliance has a safety system which automatically switches off the unit when overheated, for
example, due to the total or partial obstruction of the vents. In this case, switch off the appliance,
remove the plug from the socket. Let it cool down for about 30 minutes and remove the object which is
obstructing the vents. Then put the plug in the socket and switch on the heater. It should now operate
normally.
This heater is equipped with a tilt protection safety device. For safety reasons, the unit will
automatically switch off the power if it is put on unstable or uneven surfaces or if it is tilted
accidentally.
MAINTENANCE
Before you clean the unit, turn off the switch. Remove the plug from the socket and wait until the fan
heater cools down completely.
Use a damp cloth and some neutral detergent to wipe the heater housing, be careful not to touch the
heating elements. Do not use abrasive cleaning liquids or chemicals (alcohol, gasoline etc.) to clean the
appliance.
There is a filter behind the air inlet grille. Press and pull out the air inlet grille, remove the filter and
clean them under the running water. After cleaning, dry the grille and filter thoroughly and then put
them back to their original position.
