Troubleshooting your VOLTI Charging Station
Condition
Troubleshooting Steps
LED doesn’t turn VOLTI Blue
1- Check that the device is connected properly to
the AC power line.
2- Turn OFF and turn ON the VOLTI Charging
Station
3- Contact Technical Support if the problem
continues.
When connected to the vehicle, LED doesn’t turn
Yellow Solid or Flashing Green
1- Remove the
charging plug from your vehicle’s
inlet.
2- Check your charging plug, charging cable and
vehicle charging inlet for damages.
3- Use an alternative charging device (portable
charger that came with your vehicle).
4- Contact technical support if the problem
continues.
LED flashes red during charging
1- A minor fault is detected. This could be due to:
2- Wait until the charging resumes.

If charging doesn’t resume, remove the
charging plug from your vehicle.
4- Turn VOLTI Charging Station OFF and back
ON again.
5- Re-try charging.
6- Contact Technical Support if the problem
continues.
LED turns solid red followed by individual LED
lighting red
1- VOLTI Charging Station has detected a critical
error.
2- Remove the charging plug from your vehicle.
3- Turn VOLTI Charging Station OFF and back
ON again.
4- After self-test, if the status indicator turns RED,
turn OFF your charging station. Refer to
section:
