2. Mix one packet (0.50 oz) of Flo-San® with
two gallons of warm water (108°F / 42°C)
until dissolved. Pour the sanitizer solution
into the tank.
3. Reinstall the cap and tighten sufficiently.
4. Set the sanitizer tank on a surface level with
the bottom of the cabinet and within
distance of the sanitizer tube.
5. Connect the other end of the sanitizer tube
into the fitment on the sanitizer tank.
Power Connections and Power Up
The Color Touch Panel’s ethernet cable and the
Drive Motor cable connections are located on
the back of the Junior cabinet. The power
supply with the On-Off switch and the power
cable are located on the side of the cabinet cap.
This is so that the cabinet can be turned off and
on more easily if the cabinet is inside a cart or
other cabinet.
NOTE: ELELCTRICAL HAZARD - DO NOT
HANDLE OR OPERATE NEAR WATER.
1. Find the power entrance module on the side
of the cabinet. Ensure the power-switch is
in the “off” position with the “
○
” end pressed
in.
2. At the back of the cabinet, connect the Drive
Motor cable to the round metal port.
3. Connect the ethernet cable to the ethernet
port in the plastic gland. Screw the plastic
cover over the connection and secure the
ethernet gland assembly with the nut.
