B. Control Board
Auger Movement
The Auger Movement button controls the operation
of the augers. The augers must be rotating to start
the refrigeration cycle.
Menu
The Menu button is used to access the machine
settings.
Cold Selection
The Cold Selection button will change the
refrigeration cycle. Press the <<>> button to toggle
between soft mode, sleep mode and refrigeration
off.
Arrow Buttons
The Arrow Buttons are used to navigate through
the menu screens. The buttons are also used
change settings within the menu.
3.3 ASSEMBLY OF MACHINE
All parts should be cleaned, sanitized and allowed to air
dry before assembling.
To assemble the machine parts, refer to the following steps:
NOTE
Petrol-Gel sanitary lubricant or equivalent must be
used when lubrication of machine parts is specifi ed.
NOTE
The United States Department of Agriculture and
the Food and Drug Administration require that lubri-
cants used on food processing equipment be certi-
fi ed for this use. Use lubricants only in accordance
with the manufacturer’s instructions.
A. Press the gear into bottom of the vertical auger
and lubricate the gear teeth with sanitary lubricant.
Install the auger and secure it to the machine with
the fastening nut.
B. Press the gear onto the back of the horizontal
auger. Lubricate the gear teeth and the front of
the auger with sanitary lubricant. Install the auger.
C. Install the gasket onto the auger support and
install the support into the tank.
D. Place the gasket into the bottom groove on the
tank. Make sure the joint of the gasket is on one
of the two rear corners of the tank.
E. Install the tank onto the machine and secure it
with the tank clamps. Screw the tank fastening
knobs into the tank clamps.
F Install the rosette cap.
G. Install the o-ring onto the spigot assembly and
apply a thin fi lm of sanitary lubricant to the o-ring.
H. Install the spigot assembly into the tank.
