CLEANING
To maintain the appearance and increase the service life, clean your
equipment daily.
NOTICE: Do not use caustic cleaning chemicals, steel wool or
commercial lime removal products to clean the equipment.
Thoroughly rinse equipment with water after cleaning.
1. Press the heat zone button(s) to turn off the equipment.
2. Unplug the equipment.
3. Use gloves, mitts or pot holders to protect hands when removing
containers of hot food.
4. Allow the equipment to cool completely before cleaning.
5. Use a damp cloth or sponge dipped in soapy water to clean the
equipment.
6. Use a damp cloth or sponge dipped in clean water to rinse the
equipment.
7. Use a soft cloth to thoroughly dry the equipment.

TROUBLESHOOTING
WARNING
Electrical Shock Hazard
Do not spray water or cleaning products. Liquid could contact
the electrical components and cause a short circuit or an
electrical shock.
CAUTION
Burn Hazard
Hot surfaces and food can burn skin. Allow the hot surfaces to
cool before handling.

USB control cable is disconnected
Check the USB cable connections to the control panel and the
power box mounted to the bottom of the shelf.
Control panel does not illuminate.
Control panel is not communicating with
shelf because USB cable is disconnected or
damaged
Check the USB cable connections to the control panel and the
power box mounted to the bottom of the shelf.
Issue with the electrical power to the drop-in
Verify the equipment is plugged into an electrical outlet with
the correct voltage, and on its own separate circuit
Problem with internal components

Damage to control panel
Control panel is beeping.
