Steps to follow: 
1. Assemble stuffing box.
2. Install shaft sleeve.
3. Install spacer sleeve. Make sure that the water inlet is in the position of the water line.
4. Leave system loose awaiting installation of press housing.
5. Once the system is installed with the casing in place, insert the lantern ring and the respective gaskets according to

figure 15.
6. Apply anti-seize lubricant to the shaft threads.
