In order to regain access to the doorstation’s settings in case of loss of the both MASTER-keys, do as follows:

Address the manufacturer, furnishing documents that confirm purchase of this doorstation.
Communicate the PIN-code of the doorstation to the manufacturer.
The manufacturer will supply a PUK-code to delete the both MASTER-keys and service personnel password.

The PIN-code of the doorstation will remain unchanged.

To enter the PUK-code, follow the below instructions:

Switch the Control Unit’s power off
Connect
