The bit0 (LSB) indicates server_i0.
The bit1 indicates server_i1.
The bit2 indicates server_i2.
The bit3 indicates server_i3.

For example, enable server_i0, server_i2 and server_i4 to be
notification server. The notifyserver value is 21.
