1. Prepare Skin

Ideally, clean the left, upper

middle chest area with an

alcohol swab. Shave area if

needed. Let dry completely.

2. Peel adhesive starting

with tab #1

3. Place the patch on

the adhesive

Be sure to press patch firmly

onto the adhesive.
