When „INTERVAL“ flashes, press the MODE button. Press SET to toggle and select CUSTOM. Press
the MODE button again and enter CUSTOM to set the function.
Press SET to set ROUND and set the range between 01 and 99.
After pressing the MODE button to confirm, the buzzer will beep for 0.5 seconds.
Press SET and set WORK TIME. (Range between 0: 05 and 10: 00)
After pressing the MODE button, the buzzer beeps for 0.5 seconds.
Press SET and set REST TIME in the range between 0: 05 and 10: 00.
After pressing the MODE button, the buzzer beeps for 0.5 seconds and the training screen is
displayed.
