Remove the 3 Allen screws M5x20 (5) and the toothed pulley (6) from the flywheel (7). 
 

 

 

3.11.2 Flywheel, coils maintenance (Dual) 

 

Check the integrity of the flywheel: there must be no cracks or damaged areas, otherwise replace 
it. 

 
Check the ring gear (9) teeth: if they show signs of wear, replace the ring gear (9). 

Remove the 4 nuts M4 (10), the 4 screws M4x16 (8), the ring gear (9) from the toothed pulley (6) 
and replace it. 
 

 

 

Measure the resistance of the coil if out of tolerance replace it.
