1.
Insert the ends of the carrying handle (5) into the holes;
2.
Tighten the four bolts.
The compressor provides compressed air through 3 types
of connection:
•
For fixed installation with rigid pipes, use the outlets at
the top of the tank (1):
1.
Remove the cap with a hex key;
2.
Screw on the fixed pipe coupler.
The top outlets allow the use of pipes with larger diameters.
It is not possible to adjust the outlet pressure.
•
For fixed installation with flexible pipes, use the outlet
valve for connection to the flexible compressed air line:
1.
Insert the hose connection fitting into the outlet valve
quick coupling.
It is not possible to adjust the outlet pressure.
•
Outlet valves with quick-release coupling
(2):
1.
Insert the quick-release coupling.
These outlet valves allow the adjustment of the outlet
pressure.
The air compressor is a commonly used appliance in
construction sites, repair shops or industries. It provides
compressed air for the operation of various appliances,
such as air or spray guns and pneumatic tools.
While operating a compressor, you should take into
consideration some care and procedures of use:
▪
Never touch the cylinder head, the ventilation slots or
the compressed air pipes, as these parts reach high
temperatures during operation. After stopping the
compressor, wait some minutes until the parts cool
down;
▪
Never place inflammable objects or nylon and fabric
objects near and/or over the compressor;
▪
The pipes or hoses connected to the compressor must
have
the
same
characteristics
regarding
air
displacement and pressure;
▪
Never turn on the compressor if the air filter is not fitted;
▪
Never change the safety valve neither the air tank;
▪
If there are ball shut-off valves in the compressor
connected to the fixed network, they must be opened
slowly. Never open the ball valve quickly as it is
discharging pressure that can damage equipment or
tools;
▪
When using the compressor for painting, never work
within 10m of the compressor. Use hoses to work at a
safety distance from the compressor;
▪
The compressor can only be started up in environments
with temperatures b5°C and +45°C.
Before starting the compressor, you must ensure that
all parts are properly assembled.
