MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS
Cleaning
This submersible pump does not require any
maintenance, however, if the pump is installed
permanently, it should be checked regularly to ensure
that it is kept in perfect working order and has a long
lifespan.
Every 3 months:
▪
Clean the pump with running water;
▪
Clean the location where the pump applies suction,
remove any mud that has accumulated at the bottom
and clean the walls if necessary;
When using the pump as a portable pump, clean it with
running water after each use;
Before cleaning your pump, ensure it is
unplugged.
For your own safety, if either the pump or its electrical
parts (power cord or plug and switch) need to be
repaired, these operations should only be performed by
qualified technicians.
Storage
Once the pump and its accessories have been cleaned,
store the pump in a stable, safe position, in a dry,
temperate place. Avoid storing it in temperatures that
are either too high or too low. The ideal temperature at
which to store the pump is between 5 and 30°C.
If you do not expect to use the pump for an extended
period of time, we advise that you empty it completely
using the drain plug (10 A) and store it in a dry place
where it is also protected from frost.
Do not store the pump in plastic bags, as they could
produce humidity. Store your electric machinery in its
original packaging.
Keep away from children.
ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY
The packaging has been manufactured using
recyclable materials, which you can dispose of
at your local recycling collection points.
Never dispose of electric machinery in your
household waste!
According to the applicable European Directive, used
electric machines must be collected separately and
recycled.
You can get information regarding the disposal of used
pumps and oil from your local recycling authority.
