Before operating this appliance, please read these instructions completely.

IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS 
When  using  this  appliance,  basic  safety  precautions  should  always  be
followed, including the following:
1. READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USING CAREFULLY. 
2. Use Travel Iron / Steamer only for its intended use.
3. Be  sure  dual  voltage  selector  is  in  correct  voltage  position  before

operating.  Before  plugging  in,  read  the  information  about  dual  voltage 
operation  contained  in  the  instruction  section  of  this  manual.
This  appliance  is  provided  with  a  voltage  selector,  it  can  be  used  on 
120V/230V  mains  powers.  Refer  to  Operating  Instructions  section  of  this
manual for conversion to the local voltage operation.

4. Do  not  connect  the  appliance  to  a  wall  socket  which  intended  for

shavers.

5. To  protect  against  a  risk  of  electric  shock,  do  not  immerse  the  appliance

in water or other liquids.

6. Never  yank  cord  to  disconnect  from  outlet;  instead,  grasp  plug  and  pull

firmly to disconnect.

7. Do  not  allow  cord  to  touch  hot  surfaces.  Let  unit  cool  completely  before

putting away. Loop cord loosely around iron when storing.

8. Always disconnect appliance from electrical outlet when filling with water or 

emptying and when not in use.

9. WARNING: To reduce the risk of contact with hot water emitting from steam 

vents,  check  the  steamer  before  each  use  by  holding  it  away  from
body and operating steam button.

10. Close  supervision  is  necessary  for  any  appliance  being  used  by  or  near 

children.  Do  not  leave  appliance  unattended  while  connected  or  on  an
ironing board.

11. To avoid the fuse to blow, do not operate another high wattage appliance (e.g. 

a  hair  dryer)  while  you  are  using  the  appliance  in  your
hotel room.

12. Do  not operate  travel  iron  / steamer  with  a damaged  supply  cord  or if the 

appliance has been dropped or damaged. To avoid the risk of electric shock, 
do not disassemble. All repair work should be carried out by the manufacturer 
or  its  service  agent  or  an  approved  service  center  in  order
to avoid a hazard.

13. This appliance has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other). As a 

safety feature, this plug will fit in a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug 
does not fit fully in the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a 
qualified electrician. Do not attempt to defeat this safety feature.

14. The plug supplied may not be suitable as electrical sockets are not the same in 

everywhere, contact with your travel agent for advice regarding the details of 
voltage and connection.

15. The  use  of  attachments  or  accessories  not  recommended  or  sold  by  this 

appliance manufacturer may result in fire, electric shock or personal injury.

16. Burns  can  occur  from  touching  hot  metal  parts,  hot  water,  or  steam.  Use 

caution when you turn a steam iron upside down  there may be hotwater in the 
reservoir.

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS
1. To avoid a circuit overload, do not operate a high wattage appliance on

the same circuit.

2. If  an  extension  cord  is  absolutely  necessary,  a  10-ampere  cord  should  be 

used. Cord rated for less amperage may overheat. Care should be taken to 
arrange the cord so that it cannot be pulled or tripped over.

IMPORTANT  BEFORE FILLING OR EMPTYING THE WATER TANK,

ALWAYS UNPLUG THE TRAVEL IRON / STEAMER.
