The holiday occurs on the same date each year.
Use the following steps to create a holiday:
1.
Select NEW at the Number field.
2.
Select the Type ( RELATIVE or FIXED ).
3.
Select the Month, Week ( RELATIVE type only) and Day.
4.
Select Add Holiday and control the joystick (right)
