Before you start chopping / mixing:
•
Peel fruits, remove stones and cut products into
small cubes of about 2x2 cm.
•
Remove bones, sinews and cartilage from meat.
•
Cut meat, onion, garlic, carrots etc. into approxi-
mately equal slices.
•
When chopping greens, remove stems of herbs.
Note:
To prevent damage of the knife (6), do not pro-
cess too hard products such as meat, cereals, rice,
spices, coffee beans, cheese.

In the standby mode, press the button (14)
“BLENDER”, the button (14) backlight will flash.
The display will show the settings, set by default,
the symbol “ОЗ” will flash.
–
Use buttons (11) “+ / -” to set the speed of rotation
of the knife (6).
–
Set the cooking duration. To do this, with one hand
press and hold the button (14) “BLENDER”, with
the other press the buttons (11) “+ / -”.
–
After you finish setting, press the button (16) ,
chopping will start. The display (3) will show the
set speed of rotation of the knife, symbol
and
the remaining operation time.
“Ice” mode
The “Ice” mode is used for crushing small pieces
or cubes of ice. Ice is chopped in the pulse mode (3
seconds of chopping, then 2 seconds - pause ) . The
mode “Ice “ has fixed settings: the maximum rotational
speed of the knife (“04”) , operation time - 50 seconds.

In the standby mode, press the button (12) “Ice “,
the button backlight will flash. The default settings
will be shown on the display.

Press the button (16 )
, the knife (6) starts to
rotate, the display will show the symbol
, in this
case the remaining operation time will be shown.

Cleaning
Attention! The blades of the knife (6) are very sharp
and dangerous. Handle the knife very carefully!

Unplug the unit before cleaning. If the unit was
used in the heating mode, let it cool down com-
pletely.
–
Remove the bowl (4) from the motor unit (1).
–
Clean the motor unit (1) with a slightly damp cloth
and then wipe it dry.
–
After chopping of salty and sour products it is
necessary to rinse the bowl (4) with water imme-
diately.
–
While processing products with strong dyeing prop-
erties (for instance carrot or beet) the bowl can
get colored, wipe it with a cloth dampened in veg-
etable oil.
–
Wash the removable parts with warm water and a
neutral detergent, rinse and dry them thoroughly.
SELF CLEAN
–
Pour into the bowl (4) about 1.5 liters of warm
water, cover it with the lid (8) and switch chopping
on for 1 minute. Pour out water and repeat the pro-
cedure again.
The bowl (4) is not intended for washing in a dish-
washing machine.
DO NOT IMMERSE THE MOTOR UNIT (1) INTO
ANY LIQUIDS, DO NOT WASH IT UNDER A WATER
JET OR IN A DISHWASHING MACHINE.
Storage

Clean and dry the unit thoroughly before taking it
away for storage.

Do not wind the power cord around the motor unit.
–
Keep the unit away from children in a dry cool
place.
