THE UNIT IS INTENDED FOR HOUSEHOLD USE
ONLY, ITS COMMERCIAL USAGE AND USAGE IN
PRODUCTION AREAS AND WORK SPACES IS
PROHIBITED.
BEFORE THE FIRST USE:
After unit transportation or storage at low
temperature keep it for at least three hours
at room temperature before switching on.
–
Unpack the unit completely and remove any
stickers that can prevent unit operation.
–
Check the unit for damages; do not use it in
case of damages.
–
Before plugging the clipper in for battery charg-
ing, make sure that voltage of the mains corre-
sponds to the power adapter operating voltage.
–
Charge the battery and lubricate the blade
block following the recommendations below.
The hair clipper can operate both connected
to the mains and on the built-in battery.
Battery charging
–
Switch the hair clipper off, setting the power
switch (4) to the position «0».
–
Insert the power adapter (7) cord plug into
the connection socket (6).
–
Place the hair clipper on a flat stable surface.
–
Plug the power adapter (7) into the mains
socket, the charging indicator (5) will light up.
–
Place the hair clipper on the base, plug the
power adapter (7) into the mains socket.
–
The full charging time for the accumulator
battery is 8 hours; do not exceed it to avoid
reducing the battery operating life.
–
Full charging of the accumulator battery is
enough approximately for 45 minutes of con-
tinuous operation.
–
After the battery is charged, disconnect the
power adapter (7) from the mains and remove
the connector from the connection socket
(6), the charging indicator (5) will go out.
ATTENTION:
–
To prolong the battery operating life, it should
be discharged completely before each
charging cycle.
–
Do not charge the battery at temperature
below +5°C and above +35°C.
–
If you haven’t used the unit for a month or
longer, charge the battery completely before
using the hair clipper.
–
Never leave the unit connected to the mains
unattended.
Using the power adapter
If you want to continue using the clipper at the
partially discharged battery, connect the plug
of the power adapter (7) cord to the socket (6),
connect the power adapter (7) to the mains
socket, switch the clipper on by setting the power

LUBRICATING THE BLADE BLOCK
Before using the unit for the first time remove the
blade block (2) and lubricate it with oil (9) (sup-
plied with the unit).

Remove the telescopic attachment (1) by
setting the clamp (3) to the lower position and
remove the attachment (1) pulling upwards.
–
To remove the blade block place the hair clip-
per with the blades towards you and press
on the upper part of the blade block (2) with
your thumb.
–
Apply the lubricating oil (9) to the junctions
between the fixed and moving parts of the
blades.
–
To install the blade block first insert its lower
part to the installation place and then care-
fully press on the upper edge of the blade
block (2). Make sure that the blade block (2)
is installed and fixed properly.
–
Switch the hair clipper on with the switch (4)
and let it operate for approximately 30 sec-

surfaces. Switch the hair clipper off with the
switch (4) and remove the surplus oil with a
dry cloth or a paper towel.
Note:
–
Lubricate the blade block (2) after every use
of the hair clipper.
–
For lubricating the blades use only the oil (9)
supplied with the unit, or the oil intended for
similar devices.
–
Do not use vegetable oil or oil that includes
solvents. Solvents will evaporate, and the
remaining thick grease may slow down the
blades motion.
