Popcorn
Corn weight doesn’t exceed 100 g.

Potato
Before cooking cut the potatoes into slices about 5 mm thick. Total
weight of potatoes should not exceed 0.45 kg.

Vegetables Put 0.3 kg vegetables into a container suitable for microwave oven, add
some water, if necessary.

Meat
Cut meat (0.3 kg) into small pieces and put it into a container suitable for
microwave oven, add necessary ingredients to taste (salt, pepper etc.)

Fish
Cooking program for fish with weight not more than 0.5 kg. After you wash
the fish make cross cuts on the fish skin, add necessary ingredients to taste.

Heating
You can reheat products, maximum weight is 0.5 kg.

Drinks
Reheating program for liquids, amount of liquid is about 250 ml. Check
the liquid’s temperature in the cup before drinking to avoid burns.

Rice
Program for cooking 0.3 kg rice. Wash the rice, put it into a deep bowl
suitable for microwave oven and let it rest for 30 minutes before placing
the bowl into the oven. After the cooking program is over wait for approxi-
mately 5 minutes before removing the bowl with rice from the oven.
Note:

The result of cooking in auto-cooking mode depends on the size and form of the products and
location on the glass rotary bottom plate. Anyway, if you find the result unsatisfying, increase or
reduce the preset weight of the product or added liquids.
–
Temperature of the products before cooking should be about 20-25 °С.
Example: you need to cook 0.5 kg fish.
