Attention! Do not chop very hard products,
such as nutmegs, coffee beans and cereals.
Before you start chopping:
•
Cut large products in small pieces.
•
Remove stems of herbs.
•
Remove bones, sinews and cartilage from
meat.
•
To achieve the best results refer to the table
below.
Chopping
Caution! The knife is very sharp! Always hold
the knife by the upper plastic end.
–
Set the knife (12) on the axis of chopper bowl
(11).
–
Put the products into the chopper bowl (11).
–
Put the geared lid (16) on the bowl (11) rotat-
ing it clockwise until bumping.
–
Insert the motor unit (4) into the geared lid
(16), turn the geared lid (16) so that arrows
on the motor unit (4) and the geared lid (16)
matching.
–
Select the required chopping knife rotation
speed by pressing and holding the button
(2) or (3).
–
During operation hold the motor unit (4) with
one hand and the chopper bowl (11) with
another hand.
–
After usage disconnect the motor unit (4),
then remove the geared lid (16) turning it
clockwise.
–
Carefully remove the knife (12).
–
Take the chopped products out of the chop-
per bowl (11).
Attention! Strictly follow the described
sequence of operations.
Cooking examples
Mayonnaise
Use the blender attachment (6) to make mayon-
naise
Ingredients:
200-250 ml vegetable oil
1 egg (yolk and white)
1 tbs. of lemon juice or vinegar
Salt and pepper to your taste
Put all the ingredients into the measuring beaker
(8) according to the order mentioned above.
Immerse the blender attachment (6) into the
cup (till the bottom). Switch on the blender at
the maximal rotation speed by pressing and
holding the (3) button, and wait till vegetable oil
becomes an emulsion.
Then, without switching off the unit, slowly move
the blender attachment (6) upwards and down-
wards, until you get mayonnaise of the desired
consistency.

CLEANING
Attention! The chopping knife (12) blades
are very sharp and dangerous. Handle the
knife (12) very carefully!

Unplug the unit before cleaning.
–
Dismantle the attachment.
–
Use a slightly damp cloth to clean the motor
unit (4) and the gears (14, 16).
–
After processing of salty and sour products it
is necessary to rinse the knife (12) or blender
attachment (6) with water.
–
While possessing food products with strong
dyeing properties (for instance carrot or
beet-root) the bowls or attachments can get
colored, wipe the attachments or bowls with
a cloth, dampened in vegetable oil.
–
Wash the attachments (6, 15), the chop-
ping knife (12), the chopper bowl (11) and
the measuring cup (8) in warm soapy water,
rinse and dry.
Do not immerse the motor unit (4) and the
gears (14, 16) into any liquids, do not wash
them under water jet or in a dish washing
machine.
STORAGE
Delivery set includes the wall mount holder (10).

Mark the holes on the wall for the wall mount
holder (10).
2.
Drill the holes in the wall to the required
depth.
