Child lock
To prevent children from using the oven, you may set the child lock mode.
Press and hold the STOP/CANCEL button for 3 seconds, the sound signal will be heard and icon (11) will light up.
To deactivate the Child Lock function, press and hold the Cancel/Stop button for 3 seconds, a sound signal will be
heard and the icon (11) will disappear
Special Functions
Auto Remind
After the cooking or defrosting program is finished, four sound signals will be heard, and they will be repeated in
each two minutes, until the oven door is open or the Stop/Cancel button is pressed.
If the time or mode setting operation is not completed, a sound signal will be issued in 30 minutes and the display
will return into its original condition.
Cooking in three stages
You can program your oven for 3 successive cooking stages.
Example:
you need to cook products for 35 minutes at the microwave power level of 80%, then activate the COMB.1
mode for 20 minutes and roast the product in the grill mode for 15 minutes.
1. Press the MICRO button 3 times, the display will show the selected power level (80%), the icon 4 will light up and
icon (9) (1S the first stage of cooking).
2. Turn the TIME/MENU knob clockwise and set the time to "35:00".
3. Press the COMB.1 button, the icons (4, 5, 6) will light up and icon (9) (2S second stage).
4. Turn the TIME/MENU knob clockwise and set the time to "20:00".
5. Press the GRILL button, the icon (5) will light up and icon (9) (2S third stage)
6. Turn the TIME/MENU knob clockwise and set the time to "15:00".
7. Press the TIME/MENU knob to start cooking.
Depending on what cooking stage is currently engaged, the icon (9) will light, showing the cooking stage number
(by decrease). During combined cooking modes, additional icon (6) or (7) is shown.
Note: In nonprogrammed cooking modes, in all cases the icon (9) 1S is shown.
Note: In the standby mode and during all stages and cooking modes, "the decorative display elements" will light up
in turn (icon 12).
Stopping the oven during cooking
To stop the oven during cooking, you just have to open the oven door. To continue the cooking process, close the
door and press the TIME/MENU knob.
To cancel the cooking program, press the Stop/Cancel button.
Care and cleaning
• Turn off the oven and disconnect from electrical power before cleaning.
• Do not allow moisture to contact the control panel. Clean it with a soft, lightly dampened paper towel.
• Keep the oven's cooking chamber clean. If pieces of food or liquid sprays are left on the chamber walls, remove
them with a damp paper towel.
• A mild cleanser may be used if the chamber becomes exceptionally dirty.
• Do not use abrasive cleaning instruments or wire brushes to clean the inside or outside of the oven. Make sure
that no water or cleanser gets in any of the ventilation or steam release openings on the top of the microwave
oven.
• Do not use ammoniabased cleansers.
• The outer surfaces should be cleaned with a damp paper towel.
• The oven door should always be clean. Do not allow crumbs of food to buildup between the door and the front
panel of the oven; this may prevent normal closure of the door.
• Clean the ventilation openings on top of the oven housing regularly keep them free of dust and dirt.
• Regularly remove and wash the glass tray and its base wipe the oven chamber floor clean.
• Wash the glass tray and rotating drive mechanism in water with a neutral soap solution. These parts are dishwash
er safe.
• Do not submerse the glass tray in cold water if it is still hot: the sudden drop in temperature can cause the glass
tray to break.
